Booking. A booking is confirmed once our team has confirmed availability on WhatsApp and the deposit has been received. Prices on this website are estimates and may change during peak holiday seasons.

Payment. No payment is taken through this website. Official bank details are only sent from the Akasata Journey WhatsApp number listed on this website.

Cancellation. Cancellations made more than 3 days before departure receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 3 days before departure are charged for any costs already paid for the fast boat and hotel.

Weather. If the fast boat or snorkeling is cancelled due to bad weather, your trip can be rescheduled free of charge or fully refunded.

Safety. Guests must follow the guide's instructions, wear a life jacket at sea, and look after their personal belongings.
